GUWAHATI, Sept 12: Startup Assam organised the Northeast business webinar as an initial event of the Northeast startup festival with participants from across the north east and neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Bhutan and ASEAN countries.
The webinar was conducted to build a Startup Ecosystem across the Northeastern states together and form international business collaboration, business summit, startup conclave, investor conclave and various competitions in the startup zone.
The basic idea is to work on a theme of a startup Festival to accelerate the trade and commerce of Northeast India with South East Asian countries. The concept of Northeast Startup Festival is to aim at bringing about socio, cultural and economic exchanges across the south East Asian countries with India through the Northeastern states.
