The first message received about the birth of Christ were not the prophets or kings, but the poor shepherds guarding their flock in the open field by night. This showed that Christ does not want a beautiful house, riches and might, but our clean hearts to be able to accept him.”
“With our prayer and by submitting to him and being humble let this Christmas be a meaningful one. Christmas is a time for sharing; it is a time of love, joy and forgiveness,” said Deaconess Rongpipi.
Sunday school children recited bible verses, women and youths presented Christmas choir. Sonjay Tokbi, Pastor, Harun Rongpi, Deaconess Roselyn Tokbipi and others attended the celebration. Later a community feast was held.
