HOJAI, April 24:Students and Teachers of Don Bosco High School, Hojai on Wednesday morning prayed for the innocent people who lost their lives in Sri Lanka on the auspicious occasion of Easter on April 21.
As per media reports, around 321 people were killed and hundreds of people were injured in a wave of bomb attacks across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.
The students and teachers of the Don Bosco High school, Hojai stood with candle light solidarity for the mourning families and prayed for the innocent souls who lost their lives.
Talking to this correspondent, Father Michael Bistis, Principal,Don Bosco High School said, “Bosconian family strongly condemned this unjust violent act on humanity, which is the act of violent attack on the merciful face of God.”
He further said, “We firmly stand with the people of Sri Lanka. Our thoughts are with the bereaved families and prayers with the injured, their is no place for terrorism in the world.”
