Engti seeks student’s co-operation to develop AUDC

DIPHU, Sept 16: Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) EM for higher education, Jagatsing Engti on Saturday called upon the students of Assam University Diphu Campus (AUDC) to extend their support in the development of the AUDC. He was attending the 3rd annual social fresher’s meet of AUDC. The programme was organised by AUDC Students Union Society (AUDCSUS).

“It is through collective effort of the students, teachers and the KAAC authority that the AUDC can be improved to make it the one of the best educational institutions in the state,” Engti said.

“I know there are problems that need to be solved. Though it cannot be solved at one go but I assure that I will try my level best,” the EM said.

EM for handloom and town committee affairs, Ratan Teron also graced the occasion. AUDC pro-vice chancellor, Prof. Sivasis Biswas and Karbi Students Union president George Timung attended the programme. Earlier, EM Engti participated at the fresher’s meet of Diphu Govt College. The fresher’s meet was organised by DGCSUS.
