Odisha Guv releases song at AIMYM national convention

Guwahati, March 22: The eighth stage song of noted singer from Guwahati Santosh Sharma was formally released by Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal in Puri. Notably, the Governor was attending the National Convention of All India Marwari Yuva Manch (AIMYM) in Puri as its chief guest. He praised Sharma’s affection for the MYM and the songs she sang. On the occasion, Arun Bothra, inspector general of police of Odisha and chief managing director of State Road Transport Corporation, national president of AIMYM Amit Aggarwal, head of Veena Cassette KC Maloo, Dheeraj Shrivastava from Rajasthan Foundation, AIMYM IPP Ravi Agarwal, AIMYM president (Elect) Kapil Lakhotia, besides national executive members from Northeast, Pankaj Bhura, Ritesh Khater, Pankaj Jalan, Rahul Agarwal and Rakesh Maloo were also present. Singer Sharma informed that the lyrics for the song were given by Ramesh Rajasthani who hails from Guwahati. She thanked the governor of Orissa for releasing the song. Later, she was felicitated for her contribution towards the Marwari Yuva Manch and also for the 8 songs she specially sung for MYM by AIMYM former national president Balram Sultania.
