Pramod Boro takes Covaxin jab in Kokrajhar

: Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) chief executive member (CEM) Pramod Boro took Covid-19 Covaxin jab on Tuesday at RNB civil hospital in Kokrajhar.
Boro was accompanied by BTC executive member Arup Kumar Dey and BTC MCLA Wilson Hasda.
Boro said that he has taken Covaxin as a precautionary measure against Covid. He has urged all citizens to come forward to eradicate the Covid-19.
He has also appealed to all sections of citizens to use masks and maintain social distancing besides using hand sanitisers to combat Covid-19.
He said that citizens must take precautionary measures to lead a healthy life and make a Corona free environment.
“I took my first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on Tuesday along with some of our MCLAs, my team members & security personnel at Kokrajhar RNB Civil Hospital. I request all those who are eligible for vaccination to take their dose on time. Also request everyone to take strict measures like wearing a mask, sanitisation and maintain social distancing to avoid Covid-19 infection,” Boro said.
On Assam assembly election results Boro expressed hope that BJP led NDA alliance will win majority seats across the state to form a straight second term government in the state.
He said that his UPPL and BJP parties will be winning all contesting constituencies across the four districts of the BTR as people had voted in favour of UPPL and BJP parties.
On the horse trading issue in the state post assembly elections, Boro said that it was nothing, but a tactic of Mahajot to create political chaos among the common masses in the state.
