Retired teacher passes away

DEMOW, May 16: 
Phuleswar Gogoi (75), a resident of Nitaipukhuri Bokpora Gaon and a retired teacher of Bokpora Mazdoor Middle Assamese School died on Monday in Dibrugarh. Phuleswar Gogoi suddenly fell ill on Monday morning and his family members took him to AMCH in Dibrugarh for treatment but he died on the same day. Phuleswar Gogoi was an active worker of Congress party and was the former president of Nitaipukhuri Mandal Congress. Phuleswar Gogoi was also the vice-president of Thowra Block Congress in the meantime. His demise has been widely condoled in the area.
