MUMBAI, Sept 22 (AGENCIES): MS Dhoni visited the India Cements’ office in Chennai recently, when he was in the city for the opening match of the ongoing five-match series between India and Australia. Dhoni also met the company chief and former BCCI president N. Srinivasan during the ‘official visit’.
According to reports, MS Dhoni met several officials of the India Cements during his visit and also had a one-on-one meeting with Srinivasan, the vice-chairman and the managing director of the company that owns IPL side Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Dhoni is the vice-president of the company.
CSK are all set to make a comeback to the IPL circuit having served a two-year suspension imposed by the Supreme Court, in wake of the IPL 2013 spot-fixing and betting scandal.
Apart from his meetings with the officials as well as N. Srinivasan, Dhoni is said to have utilised the facilities at the office gymnasium.
